& CLINICAL NUTRITION SUPPORT
Are you a clinician seeking expert guidance in pediatric feeding, eating disorders counseling, anti-diet approaches, or vegan nutrition? At Yébo Nutrition, we provide comprehensive nutrition education and clinical resources for providers. We offer evidence-based workshops, trainings, clinical supervision, case consultation, and professional mentoring. Our programs serve dietitians, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), psychologists, pediatric medical providers, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary feeding teams, helping clinicians strengthen their expertise and improve patient outcomes through practical, evidence-based nutrition education.
Clinical Supervision
We work with fellow dietitians and other medical professionals who are seeking to enhance their clinical skills with expert guidance. Case consultation provides individualized support and expert guidance on challenging nutrition or feeding cases.

Professional Mentoring
We offer career-focused support for dietitians, students, and entrepreneurs seeking clarity, confidence, and direction. Mentoring is designed for professionals who want to explore their career goals, build their caseload, and expand private practice skills.

Trainings & Workshops
We provide nutrition education trainings and workshops for clinical teams, graduate programs, hospitals, private practices, and community organizations in a variety of topics. Topics can be customized to fit your team’s learning needs.

“I was introduced to Valentina Steverlynck by a mutual friend and dietician. I manage a program to enhance the knowledge of Advance Practice Providers in the area of neurodiversity. I was looking for a dietician to discuss ARFID and other challenges that families often face when trying to feed their children with neurodiversity. Valentina did an excellent job of discussing feeding issues and how to best approach working with families in a step wise direction. She is an excellent speaker and very detail oriented in her presentation. I am so lucky to be introduced to such a dedicated clinician.“
– Anita Krolczyk, CPNP-PC (Manager of the APRN Scholar Program for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, Mental Health and Complex Care)
“Valentina was a great presenter for my cohort! She is knowledgeable and relatable. Though we differ in our professions, she tailored the material so it was directly applicable to my profession. She explains complex topics clearly, welcomes questions, and continues to offer support beyond the lecture. I would highly recommend her.”
